Poster of the Week – Be Healthy Rule #1

Health, a very important aspect of our lives, yet always neglected by most of the people. In conjunction with the “poster of the week” project, there will be a series of posters featuring some general rules on maintaining ones health. To start with it, I chose “Eating Healthily” as the first rule.

Healthy Rule 1

Having a balanced and healthy diet is a must to attain a healthy lifestyle, and shall be practiced all day long, not just when you wanna lose weight / cut calories. It is a long-term commitment on your own health.
