Mushroom Turkey Rotini
With the huge bird leftover from Thanksgiving Turkey, I sliced and cut out the meat from the turkey and kept them handy for the different meals. One of such meal is to cook those turkey slices with a can of cream of mushroom and added rotini to increase the serving size.
Prep work is simple, heat the turkey slices with microwave oven, peeled them in thin pieces. Cooked these turkey pieces in the sauces from the roasted turkey (kept in fridge as stock), with some added butter and spices to improve the flavor after couple of days in fridge. Add the can of cream cook them and added in rotini that has been boiled in water for around 5min. Boiled the mixture of everything and ready to serve.
